"Went this evening at 21:25pm to get a few bits as we entered we were told that the store would be closing in a few minutes and that we had to get our bits quickly and go to the till. Unsure why the store was closing before 10pm so we asked another member staff as to why they’re closing half an hour early and we were told that a manger had been there since 5am and wanted to go home early. We got our shopping and paid and left at 21:33pm and as we were leaving another customer wanted to go into shop and the doors were already locked but no one came out to explain to her why they were closing before 10pm. We understand that starting at 5am and finishing at 10pm is very difficult but it is also not fair on the people that want to do their shopping before 10pm as that might be their only available time."
