"The YOUNG boy did not work there he was the owners son not even qualified nothing,I wanted a gel removal and a new set of acrylics to be put in, instead of using acetone to remove the gel he he used the buffer to buff my nails to the point he burnt my finger nail when I took my hand away he grabbed it back and told me to stay still I told him he is burning my nails to which he told me I’m not doing them anymore and left my nails in a brittle state the owner of the shop tried to chuck me out because I wasn’t happy with the service she got up out of her seat for me which I found very patronising, I’m going to trading standards this woman should not be doing nails, seriously disappointed don’t go there at all"

"When to get an infill on Christmas eve. Never Again. Didn't think it was possible to even mess up an infill, but this place managed to do just that. Attitudes of staff, especially the owner, were horrendous. Avoid at all costs unless you want extremely poor quality nails."

"Disappointing. Came here for a manicure on natural nails. Firstly, what I asked for was too complicated for the nail tech which I didn't mind. But, after compromising, my nails were rushed. No top coat was applied, the undercoat and the edges of my nails still contain smeared paint and, after all that, I was charged £8, when usually it costs me £6 elsewhere. The money isn't too much of an issue. It was simply the service and the overall look of my nails. Definitely don't recommend."
