"Sorry to say but such bad experience this time I've ever had getting nails done at vivians. Been going for 6 years never had issues before I asked the lady to do round shape she does one hand round other almond, when i had said something they would not listen or understand instead they are so rude talking bad about me in their language including the owner which i dont care as not my fault your staff dont understand. Not friendly at all. Will never go back there again."
"Sorry to say but most painful experience I've ever had getting nails done. I told the lady it was hurting so much but she didn't listen to me at all, just carried on rough as ever. Now have open wounds around nails and so worried they'll get infected. In the end they're shorter than my natural nails too and all different shapes and sizes and weirdly narrowed down. Regret it SO much don't risk it."
