"Went for pedicure and shellac polish removed my first time for this treatment. The skin on my toe was cut so badly it was bleeding and sore for 5 shays, could have got infection had I not treated it myself! Took picture and sent it manager who was very understanding and said I could get a refund or another treatment. The point is they should ask before using razor blades to take off dead skin on soles of feet if client wants this as can easily shave off far too much skin as in my case. Staff are nice and polite"
