"1 star for customer service today. I've put my 2 little ones in the trolley in the car park. Pushed it to the front door and trolleys wheel got locked and store alarm went off. A member of staff (man with grey hair) slowly walked up. Didn't say a word to me or acknowledge me, just unlocked the wheel and walked off. Really? So rude!"
"First time I've come to the store to purchase a TV and the manager help to carry it to my car and help to place it securely in the back of my car. Excellent service thank you so much!"
"First time visit, on my way back from an evening appointment - so arrived about 8:15 pm. Plenty of parking and easy access to the store, entrance clear and tidy, with notices about masks and sanitizer available. Inside the store was bright, well laid out and had a good selection of produce, even late in the evening. All the staff I saw were masked up, and social distancing was fine. Store was clean, and mostly tidy - the only rubbish I saw was the kind of stuff left by customers emptying cartons or knocking things over. There was a bit of a queue at the checkout, but after a minute they called for a 2nd checkout to open. Like most stores they've moved to £45 limits for contactless payment. There is a disabled / baby change toilet available in store as well, which was clean and in a good state. Overall a pretty nice shop."
