"First time trying the place and will never go back. Wear my hair swept to the side, asked for it short round the sides with a little length off the top. Pretty much got scalped. Shaved really short and high and massive amount of length off my hair without even being asked how much I wanted off. It’s that short I can’t even move it one way or another. Need to work on speaking to a customer throughout the haircut. Not just decide what you think looks ok. Worst haircut I have had in years"
