"Came in a few months ago to enquire about braids and the shop was busy so was given the cold shoulder. Fair enough. I now just rang up to ask for their next availability for braids and the receptionist or whoever is handling calls has just told me they do not have any future appointments available ??? then proceeds to say they don’t offer braids ????? as someone from London I am struggling to find any hair stylists in Coventry so if Google suggests this business offers braids then why am I being told no on two occasions ? Strange."
