"Have come here a few times before, and service has been fine. But went this last time and shocked at how unprofessional the cut was. Hairdresser seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Was finished quite abruptly, only realising once home how bad the haircut was; uneven lengths, bits missed, parts were started but not finished, and overall not what I had asked for. Tried to call back, but they were understandably booked. However, the response was a bit abrupt and unconcerned. Ended up getting a family member to neaten it out with our own scissors. Very disappointed and frustrated."
