"I went to have a facial today, they put my in a very dirty and wet bed covered with a used towel and hairband from the previous client, the lady started my facial using some product, when I asked she didn’t reply properly to me, she kept managing other clients while I was there waiting for her. She hasn’t done any sort of massage. Scrub and mask were done and removed with toilet paper! Extremely disappointed from the whole experience. The hygiene level are extremely low and equal to zero. Won’t suggest to anyone who wants to do a facial!"

"Went for a facial and was so cold in the room. One lady was doing my facial and my sisters and someone else’s eyebrows at the same time. It was NOT relaxing at all and wouldn’t recommend it. I agree with previous comments they don’t talk in English and talk about other people. The prices are all over the place and not different price for some and different for others. I wouldn’t even rate it a star. My sis question about the diamond facial as what they do is not the correct facial and worst part was at the end she wiped my face with toilet roll"
