"Emergency treatment from Dr.Dorell. Got rid of my infection and fitted a temporary filling, providing me with antibiotics. Polite, helpful reception Treatment was professional, swift (if you allow it to be) and with care. Unfortunately, it's just private. Only emergency NHS for pain relief. Would recommend, thanks for the help. Jordan."

"If you are not their patient and get booked in there for an emergency appointment they basically do nothing for you. When you phone the Aneurin Bevan Health Board Dental Helpline ask them not to book you into this dentist, you will receive no care or service there. My 85 year old mother was sent there because she needed a tooth taken out and the side of her face was swollen. The "dentist" who checked her mouth for about 5 seconds just prescribed her some antibiotics and get this , told her to go see a dentist. Unreal. She was still in pain a week later and I phoned the emergency helpline and ask for them to send her to any dentist except this one. She was sent to a lovely dentist on Malpas road who treated her with care and they took her tooth out and prescribed more anti biotics to take the face swelling down, can't thank them enough. That is how a real professional dentist acts. Devon Place Dental Practice do not act like that, they just kick people out the door as fast as they can and get your money. Anyway, you have been warned, book to go somewhere else."

Really impressed with the follow up- have had issues with the bridge but they've been really accommodating with squeezing me in and providing an excellent service to resolve the issues at no extra cost.
