"I use this store regularly, and usually deal with a lovely young lady named katie, but the last couple of times ive been served by an extremely rude and unenthusiastic member off staff under the name vicky. I came to buy something i knew was in stock as id already checked and got such utter rudeness when i asked for the product. This is not the first time ive dealt with her rude attitude so i dont believe it was just a one off."
