She was very gentle and reassuring me always; especially as I’m 7months pregnant. "My partner got her hair cut here yesterday and before leaving she asked how much it would cost for highlights but the member of staff asked whether it was for her own hair and went on to laugh. When my partner questioned whether it’s not recommended, she went on to say that she needs therapy for her hair and questioned whether that’s her natural hair when she already told her whilst getting her hair cut that her hair has always been like this. She knows it’s extremely thin but has never felt so embarrassed leaving a hairdresser like this. We will never be using the services there again and want to state how unprofessional and unkind the member of staff has been. There were no problems itself with the cutting or the price, but just how we were treated as customers. The message could have been delivered in a much more friendly/kind manner instead of making one feel so self conscious and ashamed. Please provide your staff with proper training on customer service."
