"The most unhelpful staff with poor customer service. My wife bought two light fittings after taking in our old ones being replaced, and asked if the connections were comparable. Little interest from staff, who said you will have to see ! Connections were similar but not the same size, so I returned them and asked if they had similar ones with larger connections. The girl said that I would have to look, but offered no alternate product. Very poor service, knowledgeable or unhelpful staff."
