CArd payment would not go through, i understand that this happens as a security issue, When i stated that I would check with my Bank and get back to Selco i was informed that it was on thier side not mne and that they (selco) needed to ring thier bank(Barclays) this was not something that the staff member was willing to do, her exact statement was, "I am not going to do that". I am lucky. that it was not a business requirement and as a new client i can honestly say that i will never be moving my business needs to Selco."
