"I want to share my horrible experience after sending my car for MOT at Pearsons Garage. My car was sent in fine without any damage but as you can see from the pictures it is clearly scratched and damaged. Pearsons Garage refused to take responsibility to this. I am unable to understand the explanation from Pearsons Garage as they claimed that scratches around the rims and tyre are results from changing the tyre. Intuitively I could only comprehend this as someone recklessly drove my car and scratched the wall!! Sending in my car for MOT fine and collecting it after with such damage I am truly angry and speechless. With Pearsons Garage refusing to take any responsibilities at all, I urge you guys to be extra careful for sending your car there."
