"NEVER GOING BACK - HORRENDOUS! I was having some gel powder removed and explained how my nails were thin and asked if they could use the drill lightly (you could already see how red they were underneath) to be replied to with 'You're making me very nervous can you stop, please sit still and be silent do not say anything' - have honestly never experienced rudeness like it. I was only trying to cause myself less pain as anyone who knows a drill on thin nails BURNS but also to explain that if she knew how thin they were and saw how thing they were then she wouldn't feel bad as they were already damaged. As an adult woman I have NEVER been spoken to in such a manner especially from someone who is meant to be customer focused."
