"Why can’t the staff at this place manage their time so that patients aren’t left waiting for 40 minutes plus beyond their appointment time. The utter disregard for peoples time and money is nothing short of infuriating. Last time this happened I called 20 minutes before the appointment and asked if they were running to time so that my daughter lost as little pay as possible as she would be finishing work early for the appointment. Assured there were no delayed only for us to sit there like idiots with a person ahead of us when we arrived. Strop cramming in patients, stick to realistic appointment times and show consideration to the people paying for a service."
