"Took mum along for a referral appointment today. Shes quite frail now and was a little nervous. Everyone was so efficient, caring and helpful towards mum. We felt all the staff tried very hard to accommodate mum's needs. The procedure was very quick and clear aftercare instructions given. One small observation, yellow markings for disabled parking bay are hard to see. Not sure who owns the car park but a top up of yellow paint would be good."

"I was worried about having a wisdom tooth removed. I had no need to worry. All went smoothly and so quickly I didn’t actually realise the tooth had been removed. All the staff, nurses and receptionists and of course the dentist were delightful, explained the procedure and put me at my ease. I recommend them. "I was referred to the practice for a wisdom tooth extraction. I am generally quite nervous at the dentist, but was particularly nervous about this procedure as the tooth was cracked and I’d convinced myself it was going to be a long and painful process. However, the dentist and the nurse put me at ease, and even when I got upset and panicked they were kind and helpful, helping me calm down. I wasn’t made to feel embarrassed or silly, and I really appreciated their kindness. I’m now thinking of switching to the practice as my primary dentist if possible as my experience was so positive."
