"Took my 14 month old son in for his first haircut, the salon was nice and bright, staff were all friendly and had smiles on their faces, Rosie who cut my son’s hair was wonderful with him, in fairness I think he went easy on her! Stayed very still and calm despite the new experience and surroundings, which just shows what a brilliant job the team at hair Avanti are doing, he looks super cute and smart with his little hair cut, hopefully next time Atlas and I won’t flood the salon with our sippy cup, sorry! Overall brilliant experience and we shall be back. James and Atlas :)"

"Can't get over how grateful I am at how good these guys are. I have something called body dysmorphia and hairstylist Amy went above and beyond today when I had a wobble; she took me out of the room when I was struggling with mirror aversion, and was willing to redo my hair after I struggled to explain what I wanted in the first place due to the anxiety caused by the BDD.She didn't need to do that, it was my fault at the end of the day, and I honestly can't get over how she noticed and responded when she did. I cried like a div and was so embarrassed but grateful! She spent a whopping 7 hours in the end and couldn't have been more patient or nice. Yet I was just like "thats fine, k thanks bye" when I left because I just wanted to get out - which must have made her feel a bit underappreciated! Also never been here and not had a laugh at overheard conversation or surreal goings on."
