"Started off brilliantly but gradually complacency set in. I always felt as though I was a hindrance. Trying to squeeze too many appointments in, meant that the service I received was always rushed. I felt as though I wasn't listened to, because they had already made up their mind what they were going to do. During my last three appointments, the colour was wrong, then during the next appointment it was noticed that my colour hadn't been put in correctly, so I had to go through the process again and now (my last appointment) my hair has been cut 1cm above my ear! So I have a big gap above my right ear. Also, if I can straighten my hair perfectly with my GHD's, then why can't a hairdresser! That was my last appointment! I'm fed up of leaving the hairdressers with something I don't want due to not being listened to."
