He's not going to fail you, so that he can sell you a set of tires or a new exhaust. The above is why I started using him, but above this, the customer service and experience is second to none. it is easy to book in and the gentleman is punctual. This time around I was able to schedule an appointment to work in my lunch break. Further to this, he went above and beyond, even completing a small repair, so that he send me on my way with a pass.
