"We had to stop on the way from Birmingham as we couldn't select gears anymore. Asked them to top up the gearbox with oil and they refused. Sent us to a gearbox specialist on a Friday afternoon when we clearly broke down and were desperate. I suppose if you need to change a tyre or top up screenwash they're ok. Otherwise disgusted by their tone."
