"Good service, friendly and lovely staff."
"Brought a young lady in a wheelchair for gel nails. Rang and told beforehand that she had limited movements. Arrived at the shop to be told if she couldn't put her hand straight then she wouldn't be allowed to stay. We explained that the girl was upset and asked if they could try to just paint her nails but they flatly refused. We left the shop with the young girl crying. So disappointed and upset by the whole incident"
