The new girl that did my threading was very nice & polite, her threading was off very high quality and more importantly totally painless, which I was so impressed with I had to leave her a tip. Overall every time I visit it’s a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to get any work done."

"Not Happy booked an appointment over the phone. 3rd time booking for eye lash. I was told to come in at 9:30 got there at 940 as they tend to be late running. I was taken to consultantation room. Laid in there for 15-20 min only to be told that I should have said I needed a refill as this would take longer than usual full lash. She then said she had other clients to see and my lashes would take too long. Devastated as I had booked my appointment and was being told another customer would take precedence. This is annoying as I work 5 days a week and this was my only day off. I had to get up super early to get to town and I was not even rebooked. Not sure if it is a racial think but i was left feeling disappointed. and disrespected i will never use this service again"
