They charge **fees in advance** which is unlawful and fraud according to the Financial Conduct Authority and they say it is written in our agreement which you do not have access to! They take you through an eligibility process and advise you that you have a high chance of being approved by a lender for the CBILS within a time-frame of 10 days as they can fast track the application process. However after almost 70 days, they haven't been able to get our application accepted with any lender. You should not pay any fees in advance for a loan application. Be aware!"
