"Waited 10 mins for two teas and two muffins, when I asked the fellow about it again he seemed to think it had been done. When the girl who served me with the order and her attitude, she told me there was people before me. This was the people who I watched come to the counter and then leave. Even the woman who ordered the toast after me was served and gone. I'm afraid this young lady who was on the tea and coffee needs her attitude at home and remember I never asked for her obnoxious remarks with my £9.00 payment. Do Costa vet their employees or just employ any old ignoramusees."
