"My car needed a service and was also due an MOT so I booked in for both through a garage comparison site with Continental Motors due to the positive reviews and competitive price. Danny replied promptly to my booking and we arranged a time to drop the car off. Once dropped off I was offered an engine flush and specialist oil. Danny was upfront about the costs and did not try to pressure me when I declined the oil but accepted the flush. I was given a time to collect which seemed more than reasonable. Upon my return, I was told that it had passed its MOT and the service had been completed. Danny talked me through what they had done as part of the service and explained what the advisory was from the MOT, even taking the time to show me on another vehicle that was in the garage. He advised me of when it would need replacing. Overall I had a very positive experience at Continental Motors. The other mechanics all seemed friendly and the car already feels better. I will definitely be returning for any repairs and for MOTs in the future. Thank you for the great service!"
