"Purchased a wheel bearing hub assembly and it failed after less than a year. Didn't honour warranty and said it was down to wear and tear when obviously it's a sub standard part that has failed. Trading standards have been contacted. AVOID!"

"Don't honour warranty. Bought a windscreen washer pump via ebay in May, it worked till November then failed. Was and still is advertised as 2 year warranty. Contacted them via ebay, responded that after 7 months on the car it could be due to wear and tear & the warranty only covers manufacture faults, not wear and tear. So as soon as you fit a part, it's not covered. Offered a discount on a replacement. No thanks. I'll be shopping elsewhere and recommend you do the same."
