"Quite a good size carpark although with a disabled driver we did have trouble finding a suitable space near the entrance, very busy inside with very loud music making it hard to talk and hear people. Kids running around kicking and throwing a ball, us having to dodge the kids. Also witnessed a child remove objects from the tree. But the staff were friendly and what food they had was edible and tasty."
"The only reason this is not a 1 star is because the staff are really friendly, however they’re not the most competent. We were seated at a table which was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last customer had left it which is not very COVID safe so we moved tables. Then the food which took quite a long time to arrive had bits missing and the steak on the surf and turf was over cooked and wasn’t served on a skillet as it should be. When we ordered dessert this seemed to confuse the kitchen staff and the waiting staff we were told something about them losing the order ticket when the dessert arrived again there was bits missing."
