"As Treasurer of the Coventry Model Boat Club, we held our late Xmas "Skittle Night" at the Ansty Club and what a great night we all had. What with the three different skittle games and great kitchen cooked food to order, what more could you want for a great, group night out!"
"An truly lovely local place that felt like home when you walk in. I was there on one of the hottest heat wave days and their incredibly well priced cold ale was a very welcome thing. Massive function rooms if you wanted to host something there, and I imagine at a reasonable rate. Just beware of the Geese that tend to live in the car park…they are the real owners, may need more than ID to get in…"

"Passing though in a narrowboat stopped for the evening and asked if they were still doing food. they said they were not and as I went to walk away the barmaid said i could help myself to some leftover sandwiches so I thanked her an ordered a beer and helped myself. a great gesture as all the local pubs were not doing food.. ended up playing snooker with a local and had a great evening.. such a warm friendly place."
