"Used these guys 3 times now. I - like another reviewer - have seen the reviews and don’t understand why some people have such obscure expectations. My experience has been outstanding from the first to now. I’ve ordered numerous bits and bobs for my ST180 and as I continue to build her up I’ll keep ordering. Communication is 10/10. Choice 10/10. Help & Advice 10/10. This place is my ‘Go to’ place for additions now. The only thing I’ve never done is have anything fitted as I like and enjoy doing that myself. Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough! BRILLIANT!!"
"I placed the order the first week of November and a month later still no sign of the diffuseri purchased. Also no tracking information provided and it costs £15… overall a bad experience with this company. RESPONSE Just avoid them they have an answer for everything use other more reputable companies there reviews speak volumes about them. "Original review 16/08/2022 Only just seen all of the complaint reviews after making my order a week ago, so I thought I'd share my detailed experience. Here's my experience. First off I'm a first time buyer. I found the pricing to be extremely fair first and foremost. I ordered some items and wanted them fitting. Order was made on the 11/08/2022 One item had the fitting option the other unfortunately did not on the website, so I contacted there means of customer service through WhatsApp and before I could finish writing I received a call from there office from a very well mannered lady: The lady asked if I wanted the fitting on my second item as I chose the option on the first and would like to double check if this was needed or if it was intentional. I mentioned the website wouldn't provide the option, she apologized got the website amended, arranged a fitting for the second item and sent me the invoice for payment. The process was easy to do and just clicked a link and payed the invoice via online transaction process like the order. Honestly I can't fault them so far. The lady explained once I'd paid the fitting when I got off the phone that someone would be In Touch over the next coming days to arrange a fitting date but to please bare with them as they had a big event on going that weekend known as the ford fair and it's a busy period for them but they will do there best to fit me in asap as that's what I requested. 10/10 experience so far Me being excited to get it done thought I'd give them a call and just ask how things are going regarding there booking availability and to gauge how busy they are currently so I can get a general idea of fitting availability so on the Tuesday following (16/08/2022) I messaged them via WhatsApp and thought in the meantime I'll give them a call and see how things are going... while I was being connected and explaining about the fitting arrangement to a very well mannered gentleman he said that there customer service agent had been in a meeting this morning and was due to finish his meeting anytime and he's sure he will be in touch to arrange fitting. literally as we were speaking this happened, I received message asking what date and time would be best for me from there customer service agent and apologising for them being busy over the weekend. All in all so far my experience with this company has been excellent I can't understand the complaints about there customer service when so far for me it's been very polite and straight-forward. I am receiving my fitting tomorrow and will update this review but so far I honestly think that the experience has been fantastic and refreshing. Keep up the good work! P.s. I think some people need to learn how to be patient, we have been through a lot as a country and as a race this last few years and supply chains have all been affected I know this as I tinker with PC's and getting hold of parts has been extremely difficult and I believe the safety of others needs to be the priority over people being spoilt and wanting things immediately. Honestly your parents should have taught you better. Also remember these people are exactly that people and sometimes mistakes just happen. Be patient, kind and polite and I'm sure this company from my experience will return this in kind Update due 17/08/2022 Found the place after carefully looking for it as it's a bit of a hidden private business park Security is great here, it's in a fenced off private business park with access only on request which made me feel my car was in good hands and no theifs could acces the business park. The staff were absolutely lovely, I was greeted by a well mannered young lad known as Josh who showed me to the customer waiting area and offered bottles water and hot drinks complimentary and a vending machine for cold canned drinks such as cola etc. When leaving we were personally greeted by Hollie and the mechanic (I believe) and they wanted to ensure we were happy with the work done. All in all 11/10 experience."
"Absolutely appalling contact system and company. Do not order from these people. We ordered the item, then promptly cancelled by email. The item then turned up 2 weeks later. Then trying again to contact someone to raise a return was a nightmare. Then to be told that my order was past the 28 days returns policy. Which it wasn’t ! Very poor customer service ! They don’t deserve the custom ! And a reply to your reply. Maybe check your details before stating. I didn’t receive the item from parcel force until the Monday 6th June. So something has happened along the way. Weather you guys sent and parcelforce have had the item or you didn’t send it when you thing you did !! I have sent a copy of the date on the postal sticker on the item in an email which you have NOT responded to again !"
