"It is a shame. These guys did some decent work for me. For which I paid handsomely (approx £1,500) in 6 months. However 2 things soured the relationship until breaking point. First I was annoyed that on 3 visits in 3 months. A look at the front drive system, an mot and service. On each occasion I had a separate issue in the same area reported. A drive shaft. Then a cv boot. Then another cv boot. If these had been covered together the labour would have probably been less. This alone was not enough to sour things. At the M.O.T. I had 3 tyres changed 2 at front and 1 rear. Within the month the front left was losing air rapidly until flat and unbeknownst to me though suspected so was the front right though slower so it didn’t present. Over 5 visits in the next 6 months for refitting and the tyre was completely shot and not right still. They agreed to a new tyre for half price I was still trying to keep the relationship good. They started saying something about my alloys needing reconditioning. I’d never heard of this before. After refitting the tyre the slower deflation of the front right became more apparent so I returned. We had a shouting match. He saying that he’d told me the alloys were the problem. And that it had been 7 months since I’d had them fitted. I retorted it had been a nightmare 7 month with me constantly refilling the tyres and bringing it back and buying replacements. He refused to work on the car again. I went to kwik fit they didn’t mention any issues with the alloy. Fitted a replacement. Now 2 months later the kwik fit tyre was over the 35psi I fill them to. The one these guys had replaced for the second time was at 18 psi. So there you go of the 4 tyres they fitted, 8 months later only 2 are on the car and one of those is losing pressure. Make of that what you will."

"Called Monday lunchtime, dropped car off in the afternoon all fixed Tuesday morning. Replaced Starter Motor in less than 24 hours. Only dealt with Craig but quick, efficient, friendly service.
