Dropped the van off at 8:30am and had a call at 10am after they had chance to have a look at it with a price for the repairs. The van was ready the same day and was cheaper than they quoted as it didn't need one of the parts. "Booked my car in for an MOT with a bonnet release handle that was broken (my fault) forgot to inform them at the time. However after I returned 11 hours later to collect the car I was informed "the car could not be tested because I can't open the bonnet." No phone call was made to me while the car was sat there for hours on end. If they had I would have informed them if you pull on the cable it releases the bonnet. But then I'd have expected a mechanic to know this already."
