"Utterly SHOCKED & DISGUSTED! Ordered a ‘fresh’ orange juice, Macchiato & apple pie cake. 1) The orange juice is not freshly squeezed it’s straight out of the carton which they LIED about & REFUNDED my money. 2) The macchiato was bitter as hell only filled to half a cup. Very LOW quality & nothing like Starbucks. No refund was given instead they offered to add extra milk which still was bitter & not drinkable at all. 3) The ice cream was also low quality and just left it melting away. 1 star for the apple cake. Please note, it’s very important to listen to the customers needs because without that there will be no business for you. Also, please do not lie to customers. Overall, the whole experience was a REGRET making it my first and last visit."

"It's a nice cafe with an outdoor terrace. It is located in the busy shopping mall building, but you can enjoy coffee and delicious food while looking out the window quietly."

Seating area is immaculately clean and tidy and in the warmer weather boasts a seat over looking the precinct. Owners and staff are very friendly. If you're visiting Coventry City Centre and want something different to the mainstream coffee outlets I urge you to try this place."
