"Simply amazing service from staff that go above and beyond for their customers. Car wouldn't start due to a dead battery. I live up the road so came down to the shop to enquire for assistance and one of the team actually kindly came up to my house, rolled the car down the road into their repair bay and had the car looked at. Battery replaced even did a diagnostic check revealing electric fault that would have otherwise gone un-noticed and even topped up our screen wash!! Supportive and caring doesn't begin to describe these guys. Cannot thank all the team enough for such amazing service. Sorry guys for not getting your names but can't thank you all enough for coming to our rescue!! Thanks for explaining the issue and doing the best and getting us going again. This sort of service is just unheard of these days so you guys are something special and not to be sniffed at. "DECEIVERS-LIARS-SCAMMERS. We used to like this place but we have noticed recently that they have been lacking in integrity. Our car passed its MOT at a reputable garage on 21st December last yr. There wasn't even anything written on the advisory sheet. We took it to Wilco Motorsave on 8 January to get a brake light replaced. The mechanic stormed into the shop accusing me of being a dangerous motorist by claiming that 4 four tyres were bald and needed replacing. He warned me that if the police saw them, I would get points on my license and I felt really humiliated, forgetting that my husband had got the car successfully MOT checked only 2 weeks prior. Being the Christmas period, we had hardly driven anywhere since it passed the MOT. My husband was furious when I told him and he took the car immediately to another reputable garage. They checked the tyres and confirmed that although they were getting old, there was nothing wrong with them and the threads were of an acceptable standard. Not only that, but they reminded us that when we had the MOT done, there was also NOTHING written on the advisory sheet about any of the tyres, because their condition was good. The only conclusion we can come to is that Wilco Motorsave saw I was a woman and thought they would try to manipulate me into purchasing 4 expensive items that I did not need at that time. So, my advice is, if you are unsure about anything they tell you, go get a second opinion, especially if they are telling to to part with a lot of money. We are never going back there again."

"Wilco Motosave really is the best. Every time I go there, they try to go the extra mile for not only me, but all their customers. This morning was a typical freezing December morning that I found myself with a dead car battery. I called them up and they made a plan to not only come to my home, but to also give me the best price for what I could afford. I take my hat off to Wayne and Scott for their outstanding service."

"Cannot speak highly enough about this place. Unfortunately I had a damaged tyre that needed replacing. The service was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they managed to get the replacement tyre I wanted at a very reasonable price. Will use again and would recommend Motosave to everyone."
