"Lots of items not available. Jacket and beans ( hardly any) cold. Chips with chicken burger were cold, burger ok. Won't be back. Always used to be so busy, now empty, and you can see why."

"Their roast dinner is a con to get customers to go to their store. I've been to Morrisons cafe 3 times and each time they've said that they are not doing food because of staff shortages. I even called the customer service department and asked them if they were doing food today and the man said yes. When I got to the Bradford Victoria store they weren't doing any food because of staff shortages. I've wasted nearly £40 in taxis going to Morrisons for their Xmas dinners. I'm disabled and very ill and the customer service at Morrisons is atrocious, a young woman put the phone down on me. Stay away from Morrisons, it's a joke shop."

"Ordered at self service no numbers to put on table had to shout for service at the till as no one there told to take one from any table Ordered jacket pot with cheese and coleslaw and a roast beef dinner What a surprise no roast beef had to change to scampi and chips..... No refund for price difference Had to collect coffee from counter No cheese on jacket when arrived and wasn't very warm Chips burnt and scrappy like bottom of bag Won't be going again GIRLINGTON GET YOUR ACT Together your staff need to learn customer service as throwing the tray on the table is totally in acceptable"

"Quite disgusting. Ordered a veggie which is drenched in oil literally squeezing the oil out of a partially cooked mushroom as well as the tomatoes and rock hard hash browns. The whole plate is just oil. Amazed that morissons is allowing this kind of food to be served. Won't be coming back here again!"
