"I'm tired of being talked to like an insignificant person. Ordered an item online. Couldn't see the email confirming receipt into store. Went in and asked the assistant and he found the item. When I said I hadn't seen the confirmation of availability the manager barked at me saying "check your spam - it's been sent". I later found it in my inbox so apologies on that point. BUT the point here is there are many of us that have lost businesses and jobs through Covid. Have some respect and professionalism. If not give the job to someone more engaging rather than be mildly aggressive in nature. Had problems here before along similar lines. Will not be ordering again. I'd rather go elsewhere. And no, I'll not respond to a request to contact customer service on any reply. Get staff that care and are friendly. This lady really had the attitude of I'm right, you're wrong. I wished her a good day and she just said and you in a gruff voice. Get someone in there that cares."
