"i gave in my phone for screen replacement. there are 3 people in this this, one of them took it next door to my phones, they don't repair anything in the shop, he charges so much over the odds, when i got my phone back it had la stick bands for the glue to stay in place. after looking in to most the phone shops don't do there repairs, they took it of me and give to another shop, why can't they just say we don't repair and send you to other shop. i would not recommend this shop,. now i know what he does, i will go to another shop."
"Had to have phone screen repaired 3 times because he kept damaging it and putting Cheap faulty screens in, I only went in to get a new screen as mine had a few cracks in it… had the phone for 2 year not one problem… as soon as he repaired it it had striped lines across the screen, wavy lines under the screen like water damage when you tilt the phone … when I paid for it repairing 2nd time it broke within an hour of leaving the shop with the screen on total black out mode and was still ringing with back light flashing…. The guy was actually blaming me and tried to charge me again for the 3rd time. Seriously wouldn’t recommend, and kept me waiting 25 minutes before he would speak to me while He was with a customer who was also complaining so it was too late for him fix it, I went down to that excuse of a shop 5 times in total he’s a waste of time how he has a shop I don’t know"
"Alert :Absolutely disgusting customer service and shop. He is sitting there to rob people. Bradford has lots of shops please don’t buy from this shop. He sold a mobile phone to me and next day it didn’t work and he refuse to return my original phone. If you buy from this shop he will sell you faulty phones."
