"Pathetic service. We visited the store today. 3 members of staff. No help about choice when asked. No interaction. Totally disengaged. They kept talking to each other at counter. Absolutely rubbish! Staff at High Cross store in Leicester city centre on the other hand is far more better and extremely helpful whenever I visited them over number of years. I wouldn’t recommend Fosse Park store at all. The head office needs to train staff here about customer service."

"To be honest I wasn't thinking about going into Sketchers to buy a pair of boots, but I did end up in there buying a pair entirely because the level in there was so much better and more helpful than anywhere else,a very nice gentleman assistant made my mind up in minutes that "These boots were made for walking", thank you for your help Sketcher's."
