"Despite previous good experiences with Appliances Direst - the last order was a total let down. My wife ordered a Fan Heater - which was showing In Stock on the website, and available for next day delivery, or for collection the day after that. As we live locally she chose the collection option. Come the day of collection she got an email moving the collection date out a day, this then slipped by a further 2 days. Almost 2 weeks on and there is still no sign of the item. It was still showing as In Stock online, so I tried ordering it in case it was an issue with my wife's account - again I was promised collection in 2 days. Not surprisingly my collection date has now moved out by a week. Both orders have therefore been cancelled and we bought it elsewhere. I can understand that sometimes items get delayed etc. - but to keep advertising it for next day delivery / 2 working day collection when they know full well they can't meet that is simply dishonest."
