"Lovely selection of shoes and boots. Served by a really helpful, friendly guy that could not do enough. Let me try on loads of pairs to help me decide and gave good advice on cleaning and maintenance. Came out with 2 pairs of 1460 shoes. I black 'Made in England's' and an ordinary pair in the oxblood. Unfortunately did not have my size in 'Made in England' oxblood but I just HAD to have them. Still breaking them in and had a few blisters but they look fab, I will preserve xxxx"
"Easily the most pleasant and professional store staff I have encountered for a long time. The manager especially, and another member of staff who helped me today were quite simply wonderful at their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and the manager spent no little time searching for the boots that I wanted and gave me lots of advice and examples to consider. It was all too obvious why she runs the store and her patience and ability to make me feel at complete ease was much appreciated. Ultimately, I didn't buy anything but that's because the model I want was out of stock but it will only be a matter of time before I go back and make at least one purchase. In short; great manager, great staff, great store."
