"Had a very bad experience bought 2 tshirts and they turned out to be big for my uncle who l had bought for ,went there to return them for a smaller size ,since l had lost my receipt l showed the man my bank transaction for the day and he gave me some excuse that the transaction he can see are tshirts but not the sizes that l want to change for . Now l am stuck with big sized tshirts very disappointed."

"Store manager is very rude. Also don’t buy the elite store brand football socks. They are fish net tights. Kids refused to wear them. What next high heal shoes for playing football?"

"The worst service from the staff in their dealings with customers I have seen in Uk . They are not serious about selling, as if I beg of them when I ask them to help bring the product. Today was my experience with three employees from this branch. If it was one person, I would have said that he might have difficult circumstances outside of work, but three employees!!!"
