"I bought a pair of slippers for my dad as a Christmas present. Once my dad opened them and put them on about a week after Christmas, my mom noticed that they are both left feet instead of a matching pair of left and right. I contacted the company to send a right foot to match.. it would cost too much to ship them back as i took them with me home for Christmas and my parents live outside the UK. That way at least the next time i visit ill take it with me and my dad has a matching pair. But the customer service person kept insisting that they can only assist with a return inside the UK. This is ridiculous. I am not returning a product because i ordered a wrong size, or because i didnt like it. The product is very obviously faulty and the onus is on the company to rectify their mistake, not on me to figure out how to ship the product back to them. Terrible customer service.. when i said this solution is not acceptable, i stopped getting a reply! Way to go. Hide from your dissatisfied customers .. thats def the way to go instead of fixing your mistake."

"I ordered some slippers for christmas but I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. The return was super straight forward and I got an email from the friendly team to let me know they'd received it back. I stated what size I needed on the return slip and the new order was despatched within a few days. Thankfully got it in time for Christmas too! Great service!"

"Ordering was smooth...ordered two identical pairs in different sizes as gifts. 1 pair was perfect, the other pair unfortunately not. Seemed to be a used/display/returned pair. Outer box damaged and sellotaped together. The inner slippers heavily creased and showing signs of being worn/mistreated. I returned them with the prepaid return label purchased when the mules were ordered. Now to be seen what they do to rectify the situation as I'm still in need of a fresh pair of the returned mules. Will update my review accordingly. Just annoyed at the headache of arranging return etc as the second pair was very obvious not up to scratch when they sent them out! Just makes me feel that someone was trying to pull a fast one!"

"Bought two pairs of moccasin slippers to get one at half price. Took a while to post out, when the arrived they were well packed but the items themselves were disappointing. Very thin suede, very narrow toe end, both pairs were the same. Not worth even half price. They won't last long and I'll look for some a bit more substantial. Sorry !!"
