"Went there as needed trainers for our son. Disappointed in the end. Whilst I don't like being jumped on by over helpful staff, it felt like social distancing was still being enforced when we went. We never saw a staff member until we paid - then it was, "would you like em water proofing for 3 quid". Upselling is never going to work without rapport and identification of needs. Choice of shoes was poor. I hadn't been in years and assumed there would have been plenty of options. Most of the boys trainers were AstroTurf type. Definitely wouldn't go again in a hurry."
