They couldnot help with what I wanted, after returning a coat I had bought online, but their efficiency and willingness to help would have me return to this shop in a breath. I have to say this companies online service is 5* also. Garment arrived in 2 days. Refunded immediately after returning to store with unwanted item. Many Thanks"
