"An absolute terrible service. I've ordered from the likes of Memsaab and never had a problem as I did here with Mughals. I've ordered twice thinking maybe the first one was a one off but that was a huge mistake! The first time I ordered, the salwar was missing. I called at least 20 times (not even exaggerating) and kept getting told they've just sent it out for delivery on first class. Every time I called, I said I've been told that the previous time and they said they don't know why I've been told that but they've just sent it out. Anyways, over two weeks later, I do get a delivery but it's a plain fabric (that does not even match the kameez) and I was to use that for the salwar rather than the actual printed salwar that was supposed to come with the suit. Called back and again the same "we've just sent the proper one out now". Eventually had to contact PayPal after 5 weeks to get my money back. The second time I ordered, the delivery was to due for 4-5 working days. I received half of the items in time but it's currently been over a month now and I've still not received the other half of the items nor had any correspondence from them. Emailed and called several times but customer service is non-existent. Definitely do NOT recommend this place!"
