Reviews of The College of Classical Massage, Bath
"I just finished the diploma course and thoroughly enjoyed it. Michael is a great teacher, down-to-earth and lovely to work with. I really appreciated how straightforward he made all aspects of the course, always super clear and easy to understand. The course is well-structured and paced - both overall and on the days themselves, which made all the difference to our learning experience. Michael and Sophie were a fantastic support throughout the whole course. Highly recommend."
"Michael is an amazing tutor, so kind and helpful and is there to guide you every step of the way, from the very beginning right the way through your journey to becoming a massage therapist. 100% would recommend him to anyone interested in going down this career path."
"I recently attended their one day, Introduction to Massage Workshop and absolutely loved it! Sophie, who ran the workshop, was knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic and simply made the day great fun. It's a very practical, hands on experience, with instruction about different massage techniques which you then practice on your partner. The group was small, which allowed for a lot of 1:1 tuition from Sophie as she ensured we were all getting to grips with our new skills. At the end of the day we were presented with a pack of notes (with photos), along with an instructional DVD which you can take away and use to reinforce what was learnt during the workshop (this is very handy, as there's a lot of information to take in.) I think it would be a useful taster day for anyone considering a career in massage, but I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who , like me, just wants to gain the knowledge and confidence to give their partner a relaxing, enjoyable massage from time to time."
"I completed the level 3 in holistic (classical) massage course that was run in Bath. I enjoyed every single session. Micheal is a great teacher and extremely knowledgeable in his fields. I thought that I would struggle with the theory/classroom part but the course was well structured and all the information was provided online as well. Of course the practical side of the course was great (who doesn’t like free massage!). Micheal and Sophie were very hands on in explaining and showing different techniques. We were due to finish spring 2020, obviously this was halted, but Micheal was supportive and helpful throughout to help us complete everything. He also provided a great range of biscuits for break times, a definite bonus!! I honestly loved this doing this course. I can’t recommend the college of classical massage highly enough. I have gone back to do deep tissue massage with them and as my CPD continues I will try to do as much of it with them as possible. If giving every single star was an option, I would, but we can only do 5 so..."
"I highly recommend The College of Classical Massage to anyone considering qualifying in Reflexology or Massage. Michael delivers high quality training with a keen eye for detail in how the content is taught. There was a good amount of practical learning on the Reflexology ITEC Diploma with excellent tutors and I always felt I could ask for support if needed and that this was catered for. The learning environment in the Bath centre was also fantastic - quiet, peaceful and conducive to good practice and learning. If you can, book with this college!"
