"I usually have cakes and good coffee from here- unfortunately, today's experience was quite irritating. I ordered choux bun, and physically pointed it to the lady owner. Then, I paid for this, along with the rest of my group's order. Then the owner served me a doughnut instead... none of us ordered a doughnut. I pointed out that she served me the wrong item. After she put it on the table and said she couldn't change it anymore and there was no apology whatsoever. I was a regular customer and never will I come back and recommend this creme cakes coffee shop to my friends and colleagues like I used to."
