Chips were undercooked so also had to be binned. Rather than serve crappie products they should just take it off the menu. Total disappointment."

Think the customer-facing part of the building really needs improvement through as it sets a bad tone. For collection you go in through a side door and walk up a staircase that looks like its halfway through a decor with old wet newspaper on the floor.. Get up to the top to the waiting area and this is not much better either, dusty + everything falling apart, and even cobwebs on the roof. Had a little look on food hygiene and it does state 5* hygiene to be fair to them so the kitchen is probably fine- But it just doesn't fill you with confidence when the customer-facing part looks like it does."
