Food was not served to everyone at the same time and while some finished the meal, others were still waiting for their food. 1 person got their desert first instead of main. Someone was waiting on their drink for nearly 20 minutes. It would have been quicker if we were allowed to go behind the bar and help ourselves. Hilton should be embarrassed. Surely staff training is still a thing, right?"

"Decent eatery. Decent beer. Limited menu. I gave it 4 stars because it's in a stadium/convention facility. I had the cheeseburger. It is not bad. My friends had the chicken sandwich which everyone thought was very good. The bar has a few basic spirits."
"The food was good but as is the case with many venue based operations, the prices are overly inflated. Of course, again due to the location, anyone attending a show/event at the Ricoh will be looking to lunch at a similar time. As a result, getting a seat and the time it takes for the food to arrive suffer. To their credit, they do well under the circumstances and the waitress who served us was very professional and friendly."
